Common Name: Southeast Asian Liver Fluke
Disease: Opisthorchiasis:The infections are associated with hepatobiliary diseases including hepatomegaly, cholangitis, fibrosis of the periportal system, cholecystitis, gallstones and are major aetiological agents of bile duct cancer, cholangiocarcinoma (CCA).
